The design

Designed with the land, not against it.

The masterplan follows the coastal hillside rather than levelling it. The towers are set to take the strait, and the podium is terraced into the slope.

The design language draws on shoji light and kumiko geometry — screening, layered daylight and a repeated lattice carried from the arrival court to the Level 9 garden.

If you need…

When would you need to move?: Developer-targeted completion is 2030 — not immediate occupation.
One bedroom plus a study?: Type A has one bedroom, one study, two bathrooms and no balcony.
Three bedrooms?: Type B is the three-bedroom, two-bathroom configuration.
Four bedrooms with two bathrooms?: Types C and E, at 1,211 sq ft and 1,335 sq ft as published.
Four bedrooms with three bathrooms?: Type D, including the lavatory its plan labels off the airwell.
Is a balcony essential?: Types B to E have one; Type A does not.

The trade-offs, plainly

Type AType A is the only layout without a balcony.
Type BType B fits three bedrooms into 990 sq ft with one shared bathroom between the two secondary rooms.
Type CType C adds a fourth bedroom but not a third bathroom.
Type DType D is the only three-bathroom plan, with the source-stated lavatory off the airwell.
Type EType E keeps Type C's two-bathroom ratio at a larger built-up area.
