Guidance, not the contract
Nothing here is an offer or part of any agreement. What binds a purchase is the sale and purchase agreement and the developer's own documents — where they differ from this site, they prevail.

Artist's impressions, not the finished building
Renders are the developer's artist's impressions and plans are marketing plans. Finishes, landscaping, views and furniture shown may differ from what is delivered.

Prices and availability
Prices are the developer's published starting prices for each layout. The price of a particular unit, and whether it is still open, are confirmed by the developer at booking.

Analysis, not a forecast
The analysis tool and worked examples are arithmetic on the figures you choose. They are not a forecast of rent, value or return, and no outcome is promised.

Financing estimates, not approvals
Instalments shown are estimates. The loan, rate and term you are offered depend on the bank's own assessment; 100% financing is shown only to illustrate the full cost of borrowing, not because it is available.

Information changes
Infrastructure timelines, rules and project details change. Each page and note is dated to its sources; check anything important with Kevin before you rely on it.
