Property information in this market is scattered across developer microsites, portal listings and forwarded PDFs, and much of it is either out of date or presented without a source. Editorial policy
Good property presentation and factual restraint are not opposites. The visual system can be ambitious while the evidence rules remain strict.

Each fact carries a state — verified, estimated, historical, proposed, disputed or unavailable — and that state is shown next to the fact where it is not simply verified.

We do not publish a figure we cannot source. Where a source is missing, the fact is omitted or marked "to confirm" — never estimated and never restated from memory. We do not publish room dimensions, because the developer's plans carry none. We do not convert a distance into a travel time. We do not publish a facing for a unit type, because the key plan shows the same type in different orientations. And where the developer's own sources disagree with each other, we show the disagreement instead of quietly choosing.

Project facts are re-verified annually. Fast-moving locality facts — the LRT programme and the Silicon Island reclamation — are re-verified every 180 days.
