Who is responsible
This website is operated by Kevin Lee (REN 14973), a registered estate negotiator with FLP Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1) 1718). He is responsible for the personal data you send through it. Contact: +6013-3398686.
What the website itself collects
Browsing collects nothing about you: no analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, no tracking pixels, and nothing stored in your browser. The site itself sets no cookies. Fonts, images and scripts come from this site's own host. The only outside services are the ones you choose to use: WhatsApp, your phone's dialler and the enquiry form.
The enquiry form
If you send the form, it reaches Kevin through Formspree, a form-handling service. It carries what you type — your name, how you would like a reply (a phone number or an email address), what would help, and anything optional you add, such as layouts, timing, a note or a calculator scenario — together with the page and language you sent it from. Formspree also records technical details such as the time, your IP address and your browser type, to deliver the message and filter spam. If you send the form with JavaScript switched off, Formspree may show its own check against automated sending, which can use Google reCAPTCHA.
Where your data goes
Formspree is a United States service, so a form submission is processed and stored outside Malaysia, under Formspree's own privacy terms. WhatsApp messages are handled by Meta under its terms. Your details are shared with no one else — no other agents, no marketing lists, no advertisers.
What it is used for
One purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to keep advising you on a property. An enquiry is not consent to marketing, and there is no automated follow-up.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept only while they are useful for advising you, and are deleted on request — including the copy held in this site's Formspree account. Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent to its use. Contact Kevin on +6013-3398686.
Sensitive documents
Never send your IC, passport, bank statements or other financial records through this website or at first contact. They are not needed to answer a property question, and the form does not ask for them. Where a later stage genuinely needs them, the lawyer, bank or licensed programme company involved collects them through its own process.
Changes to this notice
This notice was updated on 25 September 2026, when the enquiry form was added. It will be updated before any analytics or new data collection is introduced.
